Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies with experience in agile development practices
Identify acceptance criteria, manage issue tickets in Jira, understand and validate data, identify test scenarios and participate in testing.
Work closely with the development team and spearhead the QA efforts to ensure the desired system functionalities are built as per the project needs.
Participates in the Integration Testing process, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios and documentation of results, or overseeing the completion of these documents created by a Business Analyst.
Responsible for all facets of the User Acceptance Testing process on medium to large size projects.
Prepares and/or reviews end user documentation and training materials.
Conducts training classes, including train-the trainer, one-on-one or classroom style training.
Provides first line post implementation support to users regarding functional issues.
Engages all relevant participants in change management activities, where appropriate.
Facilitates large-group project related sessions, organizes and runs conference room pilots.
Takes ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions and implementing system resolutions, including workarounds.
Performs the functional analysis for complex production support activities.
Applies and enforces department change control policies & procedures.
Takes the lead in coordinating with other IT departments on integrated system support.
Communicates plans, status and issues to management on a regular basis.
